30 Days Return Policy

1. Call King Jewelers, Inc. during our normal business hours. 781-383-1755 for a RAC (Return Authorization Code) to let us know that you are shipping a return to us.
2. Prepare Your Return Package:
   • Package your return and remember to include all original packaging material and original invoice or copy.
   • All items must be in their original condition and in original boxes.

   • Be sure to save your tracking information when you ship your package to us.

3. Ship It:Insure the package for the full invoice amount and ship it to: King’s, Inc.
   812 Chief Justice Cushing Highway
   Cohasset, MA 02025
   * for security, DO NOT write Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the package
4. Get The Refund: On receiving the package, we will inspect and verify the condition of the items. We will take approximately five business days from the receiving date to process your returns or exchanges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping, handling, insurance or any credit card processing fees associated with purchase. Please Note: The following items can not be accepted for return:
   • Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way.
   • Customized or engraved items.
   • Packages without the Return Authorization Code (RAC)
